
Mark is responsible for all aspects of technical support and delivery in Talent Innovations. This is most clearly manifest in managing all aspects of on-line product delivery and development.
Much of Mark's business experience has been in analytical consultancy roles in large organisations, including OR consultant in British Airways, Race Strategy Analyst at McLaren F1 team, and head of a team of analysts and IT developers in Site Research in Tesco. All of these jobs have combined the need for working with highly complex ideas and data, using IT and statistics to make sense of them, and then using the results to influence senior colleagues - this is much like the process that results in a finished 360 degree feedback report.
Mark brings together strengths in IT and analysis with his expertise in psychometrics and psychology (from his 1st class degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford). Mark is unusual in covering the IT function of a business whilst also understanding the nitty-gritty of 360 feedback.
