However, the 'core' of Talent Innovations is the brother-and-sister team of Mark and Elva Ainsworth:

Elva returned from 2 years working as a Business Psychologist for SHL in the USA determined to take a fresh approach to 360° feedback. In 2001 she left SHL to build her own business and specifically to create an on-line 360° platform designed for maximum developmental impact. That was version one...
Elva's career has included psychology and HR Management (most latterly at RAC Motoring Services) and, since 1996, business psychology consultancy working closely with international clients such as Sony, Oracle Corporation and Shell.

Mark has been part of the Talent Innovations team since its creation in 2001, and some call him the 'boffin' of the company.
Mark's experience includes psychology and psychometrics (from his 1st-class degree in Experimental Psychology) and delivery of insightful analysis and software tools for senior decision-makers at Tesco, British Airways and the McLaren F1 team, supported by his MSc in Operational Research.
