An opportunity to learn and practice the tricks of a master of 360 degree feedback to enhance your coaching expertise
This course has been designed specifically to cater for the needs of HR professionals, Consultants or Coaches who want in-depth feedback and personalized coaching on their own skills of 360 feedback and coaching. This unique course includes the use of a specially designed training room with integrated cameras and a two-way mirror to allow you (and others) to see yourself in action with ease! An opportunity for a true "360 degree" view!
You may be highly skilled and proficient in coaching and empowering leaders and you may be looking to start using 360 data in your coaching/training or to improve your confidence and skill with 360 degree reports. You would describe yourself as a novice or an intermediate level user of this particular tool and definitely as someone wanting to enhance your coaching skills and possibly as someone wanting to explore ways you could use such tools to leverage your skill and client base for increased income and/or impact. Elva Ainsworth BSC (Psych) FCIPD LCH. Elva first introduced the brand new 360 degree techniques in her HR days at the RAC - this was in the early '90s when paper and pencil was considered high tech! In 1994 she joined SHL (the world's largest firm of business psychologists), headed up the new practice of 360 degree feedback and became the global leader in this area. She has presented to International Conferences and has published on the subject in professional journals.
Not just the theorist, Elva has given thousands of psychometric feedbacks over the last 25 years and has specifically coached more than 500 people through their 360 feedbacks. In addition she has trained hundreds of HR and Consultants in the skills of 360 feedback and has established over 100 projects using 360 feedback, ranging from an Executive team to a global network of 3000 employees, from bases in Europe and the US.
In 2001 Elva started her own business with the vision of creating a 360 process truly designed for maximum development and growth. The second 360 platform created by Talent Innovations is called "MyTalent" and is currently used by clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Cranfield School of Management, Henley Management College, United Nations and Arts Council England.
